My background as a Senior Bilingual Assistant for major corporations provided me with valuable experience in the business world. God inspired me to start my own business in the insurance industry after I realized that our Hispanic community was both underserved and underinsured.

I was inspired to support and enrich my local and Hispanic communities by educating them on the importance of insurance protection for themselves and their businesses.

3). What challenge have you overcome that shaped you as an entrepreneur?
A key challenge has been raising awareness about the vital need for insurance protection within our local and Hispanic communities, while continuing to grow the business across diverse markets through uncertain times.

4). What accomplishment are you most proud of?
I am most proud of helping our customers secure proper protection through informed choices, achieving high customer retention, and maintaining strong satisfaction through our team's commitment to ethical and excellent service.

5). How is your business making a positive impact in the community?
We make a positive impact by raising awareness about the importance of proper insurance coverage, accurately identifying customer needs, and tailoring policies to fit each individual. We prioritize building an environment defined by trust, diligence, and complete customer satisfaction, ensuring our clients feel cared for and fully supported.

6). What makes your entrepreneurial story worth celebrating?
With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, I built this agency from the ground up, initially supported by the training and resources of Nationwide Insurance. The foundation of our success has been a steadfast faith in God, Jesus, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, which inspires me to perform my best every day. Over the years, I have also had the privilege of training numerous agents. Through perseverance and dedication, we have earned the trust of our community by providing personalized attention and consistently going the extra mile.

7). What is your vision for the future of your business?
Our vision is to continue expanding across Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, and North Carolina while maintaining the trust of our policyholders through changing economic and political landscapes.
